In ART FAIR ASIA FUKUOKA 2026.

This year, we will present a duo exhibition featuring YUUM and Yuki MATSUEDA in the Spotlight section.

YUUM expresses the fluctuations of her own emotions, as well as the small discomforts and questions arising from the irrationalities of everyday life, through a character named “SHE.”
Behind the pop, colorful palette and charming expressions lies a subtle sense of defiance and critical perspective, creating a world that is “twisted yet cute.”

Yuki MATSUEDA works with PET materials to create unique spaces that seem to breathe life into familiar objects from everyday life, presenting scenes that feel both possible and impossible.
Moving playfully between two and three dimensions, his works capture moments in which images appear to break free from confined spaces and leap out into the world.

This presentation focuses on the shared approach of the two artists: reinterpreting familiar images and motifs through their distinctive perspectives and inviting us to see the everyday in unexpected ways.

YUUM is scheduled to be present at the booth throughout the entire fair.
